|Recommended: YesFabulous — We throughly enjoyed our time living at Motor Wheel Lofts. We had to make a difficult choice not to renew but absolutely loved living here and will miss it immensely. Our experience with maintenance staff was positive and swift. We appreciate Harry and Sheila’s business sense and are thankful to have spent our first year in Lansing living in this incredible space. Pet friendly, safe, well kept grounds and cushy amenities made for a wonderful year.

|Recommended: YesVery comfortable place to live — The ceilings are high, the room is large, and the floors are concrete but it somehow still feels cozy and warm. Maintenance is generally quick, and it's really nice not having to go outside for trash and mail and recycling. It feels a bit like staying at a fancy hotel, but with all my stuff.

|Recommended: YesModern in the middle of Lansing. — It's quiet except for the trains. This close to the freeway means everything is in reach - quickly. The brick wall outside my window is surprisingly cheerful and reflects the sun in the warmest way.
|Recommended: YesThe property and unit was very nice, except for a few details. — There have been strange smells for the entire time I’ve lived here in the hallway, elevators, outside, and slightly in my apartment. Sometimes the scent comes close to the smell of marijuana. Another detail that was lacking was the availability of activities and additional services within the apartment community.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — MWL is convenient to everything and has a family-type environment. All the amenities you can imagine, unique unit layouts and underground parking is also available. Would recommend to anyone in need of a new place to call home
|Recommended: YesGreat Upscale Apartments — I love the actual unit and the building upkeep. My only concern is the staff do not respond to requests submitted through the portal. It took three messages to get added to the entrance phone tree, and a call to the property manager to have action taken regarding my mailbox - staff chose not to respond to requests submitted in the resident portal.
Still, overall definitely recommend the place and I love it.
