|Recommended: YesReview — My only complaint is the large amount of trash I always see around the property outdoor areas. There always seems to be trash in the grass and on the walkways. Especially out by the railroad tracks. I have offered previously to volunteer my time to help pick up, but I would need bags and a pickup stick or gloves. Everything else here is great.
|Recommended: YesMWL — Great place to live. Good quality appliances, nice neighbors, very clean area. If you are on the shorter side I would suggest getting a 3 step ladder so you can reach cabinets and other up top places in the loft.

|Recommended: YesI love living at Motor Wheel Loft — My experience here at Motor Wheel Loft has been great. From my tour, to getting myself moved in the staff has been very helpful and informed. The public areas, work out area, coffee bar and building in general is always clean and the residents I have had an opportunity to meet have been kind. I would recommend it to family and friends.

|Recommended: YesCommunity Living — I arrived a little early for my appointment and was greated by a welcoming lobby complete with comfortable furniture and a coffee station. The hallways are clean and smell amazing. I was able to tour every type of unit available, and Harry was kind enough to circle back to the units I liked most to ensure I made the best decision. During my tour I did not hear any noise in the building. I was amazed at the amount of options available, large spaces with high end appliances, light from the large industrial windows, great views of downtown. And my favorite heated underground parking My lease was ready and signed as soon as I made my decision. The staff could not have been more friendly, personable or accommodating. I am excited to be part of this amazing community.

My partner and I had a dream of living in a loft and now we have accomplished that feat. We have enjoyed our time at MWL but have a new job and are moving. Thanks to Justin, Joe, Sheila, Adison, and especially Harry for making pandemic times safe and comfortable
Big thanks for maintaining our home during a stressful time The owner designer engineer builder manager Harry made sure we never suffered- even answering a late phone call because the fire alarm battery was making noises which would have affected my light sleep I really appreciated the excellent attention to detail and well vacuumed hallways.
Very attentive staff to details, beautiful grounds, and an overall quiet and interesting building. We enjoyed our awesome view of the capitol as well and the 4th of July Fireworks The proximity to the River Trail was awesome too- we rode to the zoo frequently
